Will Logitech Revue units running leaked versions of Honeycomb get the Google TV 2.0 update OTA?
No. Google TV has a very specific release process and the early versions do not fit into this release process.

Zenofex told me that with the new recovery for the debug version, I can update with a usb-key.

I said will not receive OTA I didn't say that yet another awesome Android dev would not come through for us.
After having a Droid X and seeing what devs are capable of i'm sure we will get there just not as easy as I'd hoped
This actually bothers me quite a bit as they are giving the bird to their biggest enthusiasts not a good way to get a word on the street. Also Logitech still has a thread with links to this forum on how to install the leaks that seem kinda counter intuitive to me.
