Chrome is gone when I woke up this morning and noticed play was there but unuseable. And I don't have a G account on it. Its offical I have 3.2

Had same issue, do a factory reset and you should be fine. The update was a mess.

Same problems - I got the update but these issues remain:
1 Play Store (Market) says loading and then goes to a black screen
2 Netflix app has no graphics
I've tried Factory reset twice, Ethernet, Wifi, Changing DNS addresses, hours of troubleshooting...
