Hi All,

which is the best way to power off and/or put in standby the Google TV ( in addition to unplug the power supply)?

I'm talking about a GTV updated to Honeycomb 3.1.

Thanks

no, not on the revue. You can, however, use ctrl-alt-del to restart it and pull the plug at the proper time to keep it off. The timing for that is difficult, and you can brick a revue with bad time...I did.

Is it never safe to unplug your Revue?
I thought that was only relevant when you are updating the device..

It is a chance thing because of mistakes made by Logitech when designing and building the revue. NAND Flash issues can occur, IIRC.

First, why would you power it off??
Second, I unplug mine whenever I want to and it never has done anything bad to it. Why would unplugging it brick it?
