Need to hit before the Revue screen. Hard for me to time it. Best bet seems to hold Alt-L with one hand - while holding the pair button to reboot with the other - bit of a juggle... Quite why they have to have such a complex method I don't know! I can see people having trouble with that... Most box...

I've given up on this box and contacted Amazon for a replacement one, so fingers crossed the next one will go a bit smoother...!

Long enough for the box to reboot itself and the splash screen reappear again (around 10 secs or so). I've also tried powering it on with the button down (saw this mentioned on Logitech forum) but get the same results.
