If some of your are having issues you may want to attempt the other USB slot on the back of the revue. Also make sure your rebooting the box with the USB stick in and not plugging it in during recovery.

Those of you having issues....what kind of usb drive are you using? I used a 2gb sandisk attached to the slot closest to the network cable slot and it worked fine. Formatted to Fat32 using win 7.

Just discovered something pretty big in my opinion and have announced it on page 2 of the eighth post down under the "Discuss HC 3.1 after installed/ Bug report" forum. Pretty excited about HC now.

Installation aborted.
I followed all instructions..
