I just tried to reconfigure my keyboard but I couldn't save the settings because he said he has connection-problems.
But apps like Chrome had internet access(I tried both WLAN and LAN).

Then I thought: Maybe there was an problem during 3.1->3.2 upgade so I wiped my revue. This was a big mistake.
Now he has the same problem when I click on "Accept" in Logitechs Legal notice he says again "The Network is unavailable".
After setting up a custom DNS-Server in IP-settings I saw he trys to access this site which refuses the connection:
http://svcs.myharmony.com

So I think the problem is that they locked their services for users outside the US? I'm from germany...
