I was thinking of getting the revue but i heard you have to have cable tv to use it. So i was wondering can i use the device without cable and use it as just a internet device so i can save a few bucks.


And i also have a droid phone with wireless tether hotspot on it. So can i use my phone with the revue
for internet access. But i was thinking of getting just cable internet so would that work better then the phone.
